If I could give no stars I would. I normally don't even give reviews but people need to beware. I decided to file my taxes with this company to take advantage of the $750 tax advance. Went throuth the process and I got an email stating I could not get it and they could not tell me why. Prior to going there, I called TWICE to get more info and to make sure I qualified. Upon arrival, I met all the qualifications and was assured I would receive it. Owner could not even tell me why I couldn't get it. You're better off filing online with TurboTax. I'm NEVER going there again.
If i could give zero i would. DO NOT FILE YOUR TAXES HERE EVER!! After telling us what our refund was she said that included her fees as well, well when we go our check an additional 244 was taken out!! One girl told us she would have her correct the problem when she returned to work, but by the day she had never gotten back in touch with us. When my husband called to speak to her, their secertary told him they were out to lunch, at nine am, so he called back at 1130 and they were still out to lunch. I guess when youre as fat as her it takes you a while to get full. Once we finally got ahold of Tashania she informed us that we were lying, thats shes more intellegent than we are and shouldve paid our bills. In other words she was completly disrespectful, rude and as usual as she could be. I will tell everyone I know to stay far far far away from this place. Im also having a lawyer look into the whole situation lord knows who else they have screwed!!
Very dissatisfied, been trying since early February to get my refund. Got letter from ITS that more info was needed, stated specifically what they wanted, Liberty sent what they specifically said they didn't want. Had to go back 3 weeks later to ask for the right forms. IRS wanted forms faxed, Liberty informed me they didn't do faxes, had to take care of it myself. More expense, Liberty charged me a $370 fee! Will never go back there and will never refer them to anyone!
I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Kimmie does ours every year and has for the past 3. she always does all she can to ensure we get back as much as we can.
Do NOT go here to get your taxes done!! It has been an absolute horrible experience with these people! The owner is rude and will not try to work with you or help you! We have tried to get our tax information for a home loan and it took 3 weeks to even get a call from the owner to come pick up our information!! We needed two years of tax information and she would only give us the previous year and REFUSED to give us our other year, apparently we needed to sign a forum which she didn't tell us about until corporate was called. We were able to get both years after fighting to get our information. Now my wife is having trouble getting her FASFA filled because someone in their office filled our taxes illegal. Instead of filling Married-Filled Separate , she filed us BOTH as single and my wife as Head of Household. Now my wife may not be able to go to school due to our now illegal taxes!!! We have contacted the IRS and will find out what more we need to do to fix this problem that has caused our life and family so MANY issues!!!! HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET YOUR TAXES DONE!!!!
we didn't qualify for the advancement and things like that but that has nothing to do with how well they all do their jobs. Excellent staff friendly environment and we always get our taxes back quickly!!! I have also referred multiple people here and received the 50 bucks per person I send!!!!
