I love my Venti White Chocolate Mocha. Soooo many calories and way over priced but DANG it.....it's delicious!!!!!
Ordered a grande cafe americano in the drive through. Received the coffee promptly and it was exceptionally hot and it provided the pick me up I was looking for.
Constant issues with drinks. I thought that after a call to the district manager earlier this year that they had gotten all of their ducks in a row but obviously they didn't. I am now again getting major drink screw ups. Ordered with extra peppermint only to get NO peppermint. Order with no foam and you get a half empty cup. Kids drinks orders at kid temp given blazing hot. Given the wrong sizes, wrong items, etc etc. Last year at this time their espresso machine wasn't working for months on end, giving half strength shots, and they continued to charge full price. For MONTHS. To anyone who ordered an espresso drink. How many thousands of drinks would that be? Maybe if I put this here in the public eye they'll get the message and clean this place up so they stop cheating people. There's one coffee shop in town and we deserve for it to be a good one.
We learned a lesson to look over the cup before drinking. Lid was not on and coffee spilled out on husband and car. Thankfully the coffee was also made incorrectly and not extra hot. Not a starbucks that we will revisit.
