Good place to shop for both adults and kids...being able to pay my credit card bill in the store is a big plus as well

They seem to have a good selection of things. Generally I receive pretty good customer service and the other day I dealt with a very helpful cashier and she was a blessing (I'd give her 5 stars). I feel like sometimes they should bring back their "yes we can" policy. Their associates went above and beyond to help. They never hassled customers over little things. I have returned things to the store after having lost the receipt and been honest about the price I paid, only to be told that they will give store credit in the amount of the lowest price the product has been in however many days. Before changing the policy, they would accept my word. It felt like a step up from shopping at a regular department store. But not really anymore. Now they are pretty much like any other store and there's not much charm in that.
Ok place. Yet, it's the only store I know that has things 80% off and yet the prices are still outrages. Expensive store for mediocre products. $20 for a tie clip? A tie with clip sells for $17 right next to it. Their refunds are ridiculous. Wontbtake back electronics of any sort and if the do your refund has to go through corporate where you get you money back on a month. My mother's Christmas present was a display model that was out in a box and sold on the shelf like new. Needless to say, her gift was a plastic disaster of what was supposed to be a merry morning and had to wait a month for my 80 dollars to come back in the mail. Bad policy. Bad store. Close it down.
Wonderful sale prices on quality merchandise and everyone was friendly even though the post Christmas lined were long. Great store!
