Excellent customer service, and they cut my bill in half. Several months after switching my service I had an issue with my phone that they were not able to fix in store so the gentleman there offered me a loaner and ordered me a new phone that was overnighted free of charge and arrived the next morning. It's not very often you find a business willing to go above and beyond to meet their customers needs. Thank you Sprint!!!

I don't even want to give this store or sprint 1-star. This has to be worst customer service I have ever received! I had to call customer service myself on my own phone just to add my fiance on my plan. Codie was telling me what to say to the sales lady on the phone and the sales lady told me he should have taken care of this for me. Dylan was fast asleep on the desk while I was on hold for a good hour in the store. We were completely fed up after not getting any help or any direction in the store. Dylan explained to us that he couldn't do anything in the store, because the store was technically i-wireless and not an authorized sprint store. We left and went straight to Verizon not only has our bill been constant, it's cheaper and we haven't dropped a call yet. This store is useless and needs to be shut down. Don't waste your time and MONEY here or with sprint. If you ever have the opportunity to switch - Do it!! This isn't the first time that I've had horrible service here.

Worst disrespectful experience from someone in costumer service. No one was in the show room when I walked in and then they shouted to me from the back room. The one young man with longer dark hair couldn't even type in my phone number to bring up my account. The other shaved head young man with red hole earnings and tattoos up his arms was able to help review my account for an upgrade, which I was about to pay for until I asked for additional details about my account to which he replied "you would think you would know that"... I took offense to the insulting comment after asking a question and left immediately out the door without upgrading my phone as he tried then to tell me the billing value. I have experienced similar bad interactions with this guy at another Sprint location... It was painful just to walk through the door and have to experience this as a customer

Very unprofessional. Walked in and waited 15 minutes just so the employee could get off of whatever he was doing on the computer and then he could not help us with our problem or even cared. Probably going to switch carriers.
