Very helpful
The doctor I see just wants to get you in and out as fast as possible. Every time I've seen them that's how they always are. Then I called today to see about getting an appointment for my leg because it is swelling and hurting. The nurse told me to go to the ER because it sounds like a blood clot. When I called back to ask to make an appointment instead of going to the ER, the receptionist said that my doctor was booked and to take the nurse's advice and go to the hospital. Go there and 2 hours later after tests, they tell me it's not a blood clot. I left my job early leaving my coworkers shortstaffed because I was scared to death that I have a blood clot and it wasn't. I will be finding out how to change my primary care doctor as soon as I can.

I have seen several doctors and nurses here. For infections like sinus or bladder or even women's health, they are great. Everyone has been nice and really caring. Carrie Crum has been my favorite and she has been very understanding as I am a patient mostly plagued by anxiety and panic disorder. I would suggest trying these doctors for your family care needs. However, they haven't been so great at helping my panic and anxiety in between my psychiatrist visits. I don't think they know much about my disorder and when we discussed another doctor offering a second opinion I was sent to a doctor that was a suboxone/addiction doctor and he made me feel like a drug addict and NOT a psychiatric patient. So, for psych I would stay away. Fortunately i can say that there's been one time I needed immediate psychiatric help and Carrie Crum did help me until I could get to my anxiety doctor. I think they try, and they care, but I gave them three stars as they have fallen short with my psychiatric issues. I trust them to be thorough and they all have great bedside manner. I'm glad I use them for my family care.
