This guy was incredibly rude when we were in dire need of a locksmith. We just bought a house and since it was a foreclosure, we never got any keys. We needed one made asap and called this locksmith. The man who spoke with my husband said he couldn't guarantee the key would work on all locks that it was supposed to match. Also, when my husband continued asking questions about services, the man told him, "you know what, I'm gonna pass." then proceeded to hang up on him and refused servicing someone who was willing to pay. I know that businesses have a right to refuse service, but you don't have to be a rude jerk!
