I have used at least 1 and 2 units to start for the last 10 years at this facility. There have been multiple owners Always with less than accommodating management . The doors were never maintained in my units. The mouse infestation caused a lot of damage and smell. Codes frequently didn't work, constantly challenged with nonpay in these situations requiring communication to explain the units were on auto pay. I can not recommend this storage facility
Friendly accomodating and professional staff. Renting a unit was effortless and worth it. I stored my belongings with AAA storage and was completely satisfied. I received excellent service and would highly recommend this company
