First time I used All Inclusive Outlet and I was VERY pleased. I have two other sites I check for the best price available and they too offer payment plan which i love. I booked my vacation to Jamicia, then a few days prior to leaving for my vacation, I had read Jamicia was hit by a flash flood. I emailed the agent at AIO about this and received an email she was out of office so I called and spoke to Kim, she said she was not informed of the flood but she would look into it and call me back within 30-45 mins which her call back was earlier than that, which I was impressed. She assured me my resort was fine and she was correct. I will use them again but now I have three sites to check for the best prices and if they are the cheapest they will definitely get my business because AIO was just as professional as the other two sites I use.
