If we could give a 0 star I would. The worst company ever. Our camper was damaged by someone hitting it. We took it to camping world in Georgetown, KY in October 11,2017 . It is now December 29 and still getting the run around. We was supposed to have it by October 30 by they keeping giving us all kinds of excuses. Also, because of the time it has taken there was water damage from the rain and they refuse to take ownership that they are at fault for letting it sit for so long . The insurance won’t cover it. They said it was a $5000 fix . So we are screwed!!! Thanks Camping World and please finish my camper soon!!!
I must change to a lousy review. After buying a less than $10.00 item, (which fell apart in 4 weeks after installation), I was talked into buying a good Sam membership, so another $50.00. First time got a sale circular went into store to purchase an item, after half an hour wait, was finally told it was out of stock. BUT let us sell you this same item that is shelf priced 25 percent higher and we will give you a 10 percent discount. NO THANKS. Then when got my bill, I paid it. Then next billing cycle, get a late payment because they got my bill out late. MOVE OUT OF GEORGETOWN, KY camping world. BEWARE, it is a rip off.

I Would highly recommend this location if/when your contemplating an RV purchase. The high level of customer service throughout the entire organization is bar none. We had specific requirements that we were looking for in our RV and Robyn Lewis worked diligently to help us find the perfect unit. Even being available to answer questions off hours and on weekends. The prices are right and truly cant be beat. Financing was a breeze with the help of Cory and Matt and we were off in just a few hours. A++ in my book!
