Any questions I had were quickly responded to. All I had to do was drive to Georgetown, Kentucky, test drive the SUV, sign some forms, and simply drive away with a fantastic deal. I was amazed with Zachary's professionalism, via phone calls, especially after my poor experience with previous dealerships regarding Internet car sales. You guys are a rip off. I only come to you for recalls because you try and overcharge me for everything else. Furthermore, I let you rotate my tires at my last oil change and my truck started acting really funny after and I have had nothing but problems since. Your woman in the service department with the big hair has a nasty attitude and rolls her eyes.
Clerk was very rude and told me that fixing my safety recall was not a 'BIG DEAL'. In my book it is a very big deal. I work in the auto industry and a safety recall is a priority. It also took 3 times to get this done and I had to call the 3rd time because no one called me back like the dealership told me they would do. When I received my vehicle, I did not test the wipers only to do it about an hour later and the wipers did not work so I had to return to the dealership. The clerk looked at me like I was interrupting her when I told her what the problem was. The mechanic walked out without any real concern, kind of slow. Overall just a bad experience!
It went well mechanically but there is a dent that I truly do not think was on the truck when I brought it in. I can not prove that it occurred there but I would have seen it if it had been done earlier. The location is very odd - hard for me to do it. As I can not prove that it was done at Frank Shoop I did not say anything. But the next time I go we will go over the truck and make a note of any damage.
