Can not say enough about the outstanding service we received after hours on a Friday night! Teddy Clark answered his phone after hours, opened up to do a tire repair and get us back on the road all for a very reasonable cost. Just proves there truly are good and generous people still out there willing to help out strangers. Teddy could have easily told us we would have to wait until morning and incur the expense of a hotel room, but He was pleasant and accommodating, Customer Service is Top Notch!
Our van broke down on I 75 N. on Labor day. It was getting late. They came towed us in and took us to a nearby hotel. I highly recommend them.

If I could I would give no stars. It was a horrible experience. The guy treated me like I was worthless and wasn’t going to do anything without a payment. If I wasn’t willing to pay someone to help so I could get back on the road I would have never called. He was very rude about everything. I will never contact this company for help again. By the time he got to us we had already got help from a nice guy that stopped and the tow guy still made us pay him for nothing and it was just a simple small payment either. I would not recommend this company for anything.
