This place is awful! Will never be back! I waited for 35 minutes before they realized they didn't even have me registered after multiple people got seen before me that came in after me. And then they couldn't even help me so I paid a $20 co pay for them to tell me to go somewhere else! Worst experience at a clinic ever!
Dr. Smith is awesome but the wait is terrible. Maybe it's that way at all places you can walk-in but you better not be in a hurry if you go here. I've been here 4 times within the last year and a half and I've waited in the waiting area no less than 30 minutes every time. Sometimes 45 minutes just in the waiting area not including the whole visit.
Called and asked when they close, I was told they stop registering at 5:30. Drove 30 mins up there and got there at 5:10 and was told they were not taking any more patients today. Can sure tell this place is connected to Georgetown Hospital. They just do whatever is convenient for them at the moment, not go by their own guidelines. It's an Express Care, it's flu season, you should expect to have to work late sometimes.
I've been waiting here two hours to be seen. Too slow.
Front office staff very friendly. Doctors very thorough and friendly.My PCP is associated with this office and it is an extension of Georgetown community hospital.
