I have been going there for years. Dr Preston and Wechman are great! I haven’t had the pleasure of seeing the others. I have no problems with the staff. They’re always professional and respectful.
Everyone one is great!!! Staff is very nice, wait time no longer than 10 minutes. I love Dr. Amanda Lane, she's the best!! I highly recommend this Dr.'s office.
As someone who use to work front offices for doctors, I understand that many ARE rude and snooty. When I worked with some like that, I called them out on it, right away. Can not and will not tolerate that. They are not gatekeepers, they are there to help patients. Hoping further interaction with this office is as positive as it was today.
Attempted to make an appointment, gave receptionist all my personal and demographic information. She stated someone would get back with my with an appointment time. I thought this was really weird but everyone has a different way of doing things. Received a call back today stating the "doctors" reviewed my "case" and decided they would not be able to schedule an appointment for me at this time! When I asked for a reason the receptionist could not provide one. All they had was my personal and demographic information! So they are basing qualification upon demographics? Sound a little unethical. Thank goodness I was not "accepted" as a patient as I would never want a practice like that to handle my healthcare.
Dr. Reinhart is great, but the office staff at Georgetown Family Physicians are unbelievably rude. Unfortunately, you have to work with them to get to see the doctor. It just isn't worth it. I will never return to this place.
Called today to schedule a new patient appointment. Phone was answered quickly, the person who helped me was courteous and friendly, and got an appointment quickly. Was also advised to call in the mornings until the appoint day for a possible cancellation. Perhaps the issues raised in previous reviews have been resolved, or at least partially.
