I'm really, really happy with this locally-owned company. I called on a Monday (realizing with horror that we were having company on Saturday) and they were able to schedule me the same week. We have four cats and a dog who sheds ... our carpets are generally in pretty bad shape. I'm amazed at how much better they look. The owner/operator is a friendly, helpful, quiet, trustworthy man. I highly recommend using this company.
Greg was very helpful and professional. He gave recommendations for the services he thought would be best for our dog pee issues, and the results were great! It's like our carpets are new again! And the carpets were not damp the whole day, which was great with kids and dogs. Overall, it was a fantastic job!
