It should be noted that I have appreciated the fine work and working relationship with Hart's employees in another city.
I do hope the owner reads this review. I am now taking my business to another drycleaner.
My family will never use this company again! They totally ruined an expensive polo shirt and then refused to do anything about it and were rude and argumentative to my wife when she went to see if the stains they got on the shirt could be removed. Total bad experience.
Can I rate them as a "minus" 5 stars? They lost 4 of my shirts and refused to replace them even though I returned the other guys shirts they gave me in error. I will never set foot in one of their stores again and I recommend you don't either.
I just had abdominal surgery and went to in and asked for help bringing in a heavy, king comforter, due to lifting restrictions. The girl working the counter said it was cold (50°F) and she didn't bring a jacket, and for me to pull up to the wondow. I figure if she is too damn lazy to help someone, in that circumstance, I don't want her cleaning anything owindow. First and last attempt in using that business.
I have used this Georgetown, KY Harts drycleaning branch three to four times. The last time I was there a skirt was returned damaged. I did not even bother to go back to see if they would compensate me in any way because the employee who served me was extremely rude. They have been consistently slow in their response time to drive-in customers, even when there are no customers inside the facility. On that particular day I asked if they were open because it took so long to be acknowledged. The employee said, "Well you can see the hours right there on the window. What do YOU think?" I replied, "Oh, I apologize, I had not noticed the hours and just thought perhaps you were not yet open or were closing early." She became more antagonistic and laughingly said to her colleague, "I want to see her try to call the owner. Ha!"

Probably the best in Georgetown but the other is the same owner to my understanding. However had.more.issies out of Concord. Wish there was.a 3rd option.
