Tired of giving this place another chance. Ordered online and showed up in the time suggested. Waited another half hour for my food to come out. The cashier called back twice and finally got my food herself. At some point i just gotta say the food is bland and mediocre. Josies has this place beat by 7 miles. Seriously just drive the 7 miles and have good food.
I went to store to do a puck up order and they helped me to get it done properly. The staffs are really helpful. The store had good selection of gift items. I would definitely be back for dine in.
We love Cracker Barrel. Good is always good. Staff is helpful and courteous. We have dined at CB in many places and you always can depend on the quality. Items in the country store are of good quality. Some of their food products are packaged for you to take home. If you go on a holiday, plan on going at off peak hours, because it will be crowded. They make every effort to seat you as quickly as possible.
The Georgetown, Kentucky Cracker Barrel was at one time the 3rd busiest in the chain. While still a viable location it has retreated from that lofty spot. Tonight's experience was middling. Initial service was slow despite a near empty restaurant (6:45 PM). The waiter was normally friendly and accommodating. Food came out quickly. The server (not the waiter) was asked for a condiment and never came back. We finally just went to the door of the kitchen and asked. Food was good! It's clear that CB has significantly reduced portions from what they once served. There were lots of seasonal and other items to buy in the store. Plus points for having items for military veterans. Minus points for being next to Toyota's largest manufacturing site in the world and having no display of Toyota items, but a big display if Ford. No problem with Ford, but what a message to send to thousands of Toyota workers and their families. Chicken stuff, too. My wife loves that. This CB wins some and loses some.
First time eating at the Georgetown Kentucky Cracker Barrel tonight and it was awful. Took about 15 minutes to be seated, waitress never came to take our order until we had been seated about 20 minutes. Finally the on- duty manager came over and took our drink order. Still had to wait ten more minutes before our waitress come to take our order. Finally got our order in and had to wait another 30 minutes for the good. It finally arrived and it was nasty, like it has sat awhile before being brought to use. Cold and rubbery. I mean how can you screw up pancakes and sausage??? Very very disappointed.
