Great room, very clean and modern. Excellent breakfast. Pet friendly. Highly recommend.
There are very few hotels ive ever checked into and said, "OMG! Can i just move in here???" Certainty none that were under $100 per night and weren't part of a resort. But I DID just that at the Comfort Suites in Georgetown, KY. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, anywhere, anytime! The rooms were obviously amazing; the price was great; the staff was phenomenal! Even though the Choice Hotels' online app is horrible, and many of their facilities have declined in quality over the years I've been with the chain, the Comfort Suites at Georgetown EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! Thanks for such a positive experience on my way home from holiday traveling when the company itself made the stay with another hotel on the way to Chicago that I had serious reservations about ever staying with the chain again!
Awesome room! Very stylish! Cozy bed! Lots of extras- coffee and tea with a little coffee maker and a microwave! Really nice complementary soaps and lotion! I'm very impressed with everything about our room and our stay!
Home away from home. Small and unexpected features makes this a wonderful retreat from traveling. Such as heated bathroom floors. Complimentary butter popcorn and fresh baked cookies. Helpful and friendly staff. Indoor pool with jacuzzi or the small but quaint workout room.
I give 5 stars because this one item shouldn't knock down points....but I hope hotel fixes it! The bathtubs are odd...they are slippery and a concave shape...causing a near fall for myself and mother traveling with me. I wouldn't allow my 7 yr old to shower because I didn't want him to fall. Thank goodness for the pool...kinda served as his bath. :)
Aside from that single issue....I loved this hotel. Very clean, comfortable, friendly, great location (right off highway), great breakfast, and freat rate. I would absolutely recommend...with warning not to shower if possible. If needed, just be aware its different.
