Was having a good time here. Everything was nice. But so disappointed in the service I received on my 4th night at the hotel. Staying for 5 nights for two people and my room was not touched. No new towels, no garbage removed or coffee station refilled. Did not have my "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, so don't know if they do not service rooms after a certain time of the day or what. Had to call and get new towels. So sad that I'm going to be spending all this money and the best I can get, is gor me to call in the morning to let them know to clean my room. Hopefully my room will be serviced on the last night of my 5-day stay (times 2 people.)
This being a regular venue for hosting professional development never fails to deliver. The staff are welcoming and courteous. The facility is clean and well put together. Great experience every time.

Nice hotel and staff restaurant is fair fair to middling at best.
Hotel room was nice. They charge for Breakfast. The staff did not disclose this checking in or there were no signs displayed. I complained because I was charged $10.00 for a waffle. The breakfast was subpar and no different than any other hotel. Rip off!!
