Room was good, except for mild cleaning chemical smell. Asked to switch rooms and front desk manager was not helpful and somewhat rude. But it was New Year's Eve when checking in so that may have been a factor in poor service.
A nice hotel with a good breakfast, it seems that the hotel got through some refreshment recently the rooms are mostly clean with only concern that there were some stains on the carpet but that really wasn't a big deal for us as the beds and the washroom were clean and that's the most important part. The breakfast was nice with good choices, the only concern there is a bit limited sitting space. The hotel personal was nice and helpful.

This is a really nice hotel. It has a pleasant staff, who are all friendly. The lobby is, welcoming and has nice decor. The rooms are clean and have nice amenities. I stayed for only one night while passing through. I had my dog with me, and I was able top have her with me since the hotel has pet friendly rooms. I would recommend this hotel as a nice pet - friendly accommodation.
Ray Windsor booked a three night stay here and we were very impressed with the staff and our stay. Wonderful staff and the rooms were very clean. The cleaning staff did a great job of restocking and cleaning the room. The breakfast was delicious every morning. Very impressed with the service here. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant !!
